It sucks to concede, yet I think what it comes down to is that we controlling type’s people assume that if other individuals will have the capacity to do things the way we want them done. So make a list and write down the things that are consuming too much of your time and give proper training to your employees before you assign them with any job and check-in regularly and give them feedback about their performance and most importantly provide clear expectations.
Now and then, you can improve because you are your business, isn't that so? In any case, if you need to develop your side hustle into something that is stunning and great, there will be things that you will have to take out from your plate and onto another person’s. If we don't figure out how to hand off a few sections of our everyday duties, we will never have the capability to achieve our maximum capacity.
